Power Steering Pump

Hi All
My 2000 Disco2 td5 is making a noise when turning the steering wheel, the fluid is foaming in the reservoir then the level rises when I set the wheels straight again. It looks like air in the system but it doesn't clear
Any ideas anyone?

what type of oil in it ?

Not certain cos I didn't put it in there but its red so I reckon its dexron 3
