Power steering in a series 3?

Hi All,
I have recently bought a 1982, 2.25 petrol,110 with no power steering. Does anyone know if it is possible to fit the power steering from my chassis fatigued 1984 110 (fitted with a 300tdi).
If so any tips and pointers would be very much apprieciated.

If it's a 110 it ain't a series 3 has it got leafs or coils

My mistake,its got leafs.

So its a 109, it is possible but you got to move your front crossmember as the power steering box needs to go there instead.
