Evening Folks,

I noticed the power steering has been getting low on his 2004 D2 , A small puddle on the drive , anything obvious to look at first before I start pulling it apart ?

Just look for the source of the leak, if not obvious get someone to rock the steering whilst you take a look see.

Hi, the most common is the tank to pump pipe's metal side where it passes near the sump(pointed with red)...it used to rub there hence that foam protection on it which is not good enough... or the PAS box's output shaft seal

First place on a D2 I would look is the PAS box drop arm. If it’s wet you need a reconditioned box or sleeve fitted.
