Posting pictures

How come the forum pages says you need to post over 50 to put something on the for sale section, I have posted over 354 posts and it still won't let me post ANY pictures on any part of the forum. So could someone answer my question because I have been a member since 2010, it keeps on telling me that I'm not allowed to do this, HELP PLEASE.

It's broken, normal service will be resumed as soon as it's unbroken

You can copy and paste photos but not upload files atm until it's fixed. If it says you need to add text just add an emoji from the options on the bar.
