Possible oil leak

Hi just looking for any advise on a possible oil leak on my D2 2000 auto td5, it’s recently had a de-webbed an skimmed manifold fitted and I was told to be careful as it had some oil Inside the old manifold, I constantly get a burning oil smell and if I leave it idling for a few mins it smokes only as I pull away or if it’s in P or N after revving the engine once the smoke will clear, it also smokes in reverse bluish smoke, I was told it wouldn’t be a injector seal problem, it’s had a new rocker cover gasket an harness fitted but still the same, any ideas or advise on what to do next, would it be a good idea to flush the inter cooler, just more worried about a runaway engine with it being an auto. It’s not letting me upload vids, the disco was bought from insurance auction site so I have no clue about what it’s previously had done, it’s completely standard apart from egr delete

I'd start with valve stem oil seals.

IMO, worth checking the turbo oil seals before opening the engine to access the valves
