Look the same as the ones on ebay but unsure if the wire colours are the same

You can remove the wires for the motor you are changing from the plug with the proper tool. I was thinking of changing the lot at the same time so ignore that remark about facia. Cutting wires and joining them is an untidy option in my view but a lot do it. If you buy a motor with cut wires then it's your only option.

They should be. On the replacement I had the colours were the same but some wires were a slightly different shade.
