Rave is just a series of PDF documents that can be read on any device.
They are usually combined into a single "deliverable" / "package" / file though. The file is usually an ISO format (eg a file called rave.iso) which should also be portable to various platforms. Just Google how to use ISO images on what ever operating system you are using. ISO files are basically an image/copy of a disk drive that can be copied and moved around as a single file - when you get the file to where you want to use it - you run a program that will either burn the disk to a CD or treat the file as a new drive by itself.
There is a Windows .exe file in the rave deliverable - but I believe it just opens the PDF documents.
