If I was going to change the bushes myself, I'd be tempted by that set on fleabay, but as I don't have the correct tooling or knowledge to get myself unstuck if it all goes bad, I'm paying someone else to change them, and I really don't want to have to pay them again shortly afterwards because a bush has failed.

Used floflex on my 90 and as they wore out they got replaced with std cheapo rubber ones which are still fine.
I used to do lots of off road sites etc so the floflex got a serious workout, but they wore out fast and were a right sod to get out as the water/mud/silt had got in and seized the lot up and yes they were greased up.
I think the only floflex left are the two rear trailing arm bushes.

I have got someone who is going to change the bushes for me. I don't think I'm going Brit part. It will probably be polybush or bearmach. I want go replace all bushes. I thought they would do this as a complete kit, but, sadly they don't. I have a dealer pricing them up for me. Hopefully will hear back soon.

oddly its britpart that do full vehicle kits, ive used quite a few over the years no problems yet

Polybush. Clywedog Road South. Wrexham.
Before you commit. Have a look at these. They're the bushes I used. They work well. (Other brands are available).

A friend of mine fitted a britpart full kit.... lasted two months, not all of them but at least half were gone... though he is an off roader who travels a lot over rocks...i presume that on motorway driving or in mud they'll last more

Thanks to all for their advice. I rarely go off-road and disco is my daily commute. I stated earlier on that I would not go britpart. However, I do respect jamesmartins view. Especially as 5 years was quoted. Britpart supply the kit and are much cheaper. I will give this some serious thought over the weekend. Whatever I buy has got to be better than what's on at present.
