Only fitted to the chassis, Britpart Black ones.
I only went down the poly bush route for the chassis as I expected removing and refitting standard ones would involve many and varied swear words, turns out the job wasn't too bad.
I guess I'm not after a "performance" upgrade just looking for durability and dependability, I looked in the wrong place with these poly bushes.
You should fit polybushes as a kit. Not piecemeal.
Removing the standard bushes is actually no problem. I remove the inner part, and cut out the outer tube carefully, using a hacksaw with the blade reversed in the frame.
I can assure you there is no problem with polybushes per se. I have fitted several sets, and they have worked well for years, and my friend polybushed a Series, and drove it all the way to Cape Town, no suspension issues at all, although it did break down in several other ways.
I usually use the premium bush kits, but I also know people who have had good results with Britpart bushes.
Metalastik bushes work well too if you are that way inclined.
