Pollen filter - 1998 xedi

Did all freelanders have pollen filters ???

my 1998 xedi has aircon but cant find the pollen filter !!!!!!!

is it me or did they not all have em ??

On the td4 tis on the passenger side under the dash, not sure about earlier models tho

Yes , thats where ive been looking but it looks nowt like what it shows in haynes !!!!

On pre 2001 doozels (L-series) If you have aircon you don't have a pollen filter. It says so in the hand book somewhere. I well remember catching two different main dealers who tried to charge me and friends for changing non-existent pollen filters!
