I have just had Adrian Flux cancel my insurance policy.
I was with them for a year paying monthly and it came to renewal time, I work abroad alot and often have no internet access so when i returned to find they had cancelled my policy rather than rolling on to the following year i was a little miffed. I phoned them after i received a txt saying my policy was cancelled and asked why.
Apparently they wanted me to send more evidence (up to 5 years) of my no claims even after they had insured me for the previous year and were happy with what i had provided when i took out the policy in the first place. Now they have the cheek to send me a letter saying i owe them nearly £200 that needs to be settled!!
Im totally staggered by this, completely unreasonable.
