Plastic/rubber seal between seat box and sill?

Hi
I’m removing battery box and sill from my 110 (mot failure) and there is a seal between the two which is now ruined. where can I buy this seal and can I just get a roll or something and cut it to length?
Don’t know what it’s called so struggling to search for it!

Mine didnt have one, so fitted one and door would not shut, so threw it in the bin!

I used a brush on panel sealant on mine.
 
Tigerseal; , every time, unless its the rivetted on rubber seal you are talking about?
