I bought a scruffy 110 cheap with lots of rust, i thought i'd share my progress of removing the rust and making repairs where i can.
Fitted a new replacemant rear crossmember, its nice to see when the body is refitted that i got my measurements correct.
Then i cut off all the outriggers and did this instead:
Rear out rigger and seatbelt + body mount
O/s Rock slider, should look good when i refit the arches
O/s bulkhead repair
O/s door bottom repair: Just used inch box section with a thin 90 degree section welded to it to slide behind the ally door skin
N/s foot well repair
Thats about all i done at the moment apart from fitting new turrets and shocks all round.
Next i Gotta repair that bit of the A pillar that you can see in the front out rigger picture and repair the other door bottom, fit new hinges to that door and then i will start preparing to paint.
