Pick up a 53 reg Defender 90 X-Tech tomorrow

Hello all

I pick up my new (new to me) 2 year old Defender 90 X-Tech hard top tomorrow morning! It is as per X-Tech spec but been soundproofed and has extra chequer plating.

Looking forward to getting a Land Rover again after a while in cars.

I have it booked in for a service in 10 days time to make sure it's all ok (it's due a service anyhow as the present owner has had it over a year without servicing it)

It's fantastic, been grinning all day today while out and about driving it

I have been tinkering with it too, fitted a towbal back and front for off-road recovery points, fitted a diff guard. Ordered some leather swivvel gaitors and some 30mm wheel spacers.

Almost ready to get it really muddy
