Well home a last and man what a weekend fri afternoon started with the beer in full flow from 3pm ish although the wild camping spot could have been better but it served its purpose and was close to the pub.
The midges were ruthless fri evening, and everyone came away bitten to death.
Sat morning started rather early with the noise cling, clang, cling, cling, clang of a early morning risers kettle so that was it i decided to climb from my pit and go for a dip in ladybower res.
The lanes started well with the first being stanage edge i think and then the fun began with dare i say it " i've got a rattle on the front somewhere" no offence with the quote Tim C.
Anyway the " rattle " turned out to be a loose hub so it was tightened and then off we trotted again along houndkirk, pindale, and a few others i cant remember then just after lunch we hit chapelgate and a bunch of fancy dress ramblers , and plenty of young ladies .
Bumped into mike with the topless landy and his mate with a poorly RRC to be informed that a guy had broken down on chapelgate so off we went to check it out, only to see him being towed up by someone else.
Anyway did chapelgate whilst dodging cyclists and then pulled over so Topcat could relocte his rear springs, and then tim and darren bled the brakes on my RRC so after the brakes were sorted we set off again and we'd just got to the end of the lane when yes that right the "rattle" returned  so we found somewhere to pull in and then the surgary began wheel off bearing or should i say what was left of it off, mashed stub axle off now im think think **** it call the RAC and get me outta here, then kingy made a call to his buddy and sourced one. Cheers kingy :D:D.
So with cash in hand off he sped with little john on a 2hr round trip to get a stub axle,20 mins later Greg the farmer turns up and goes " everything alright mate " jokingly i said you aint got a stub axle and wheel bearing kit have you and his reply was yeah ive got 3 complete axles in the yard for these  i couldnt belive it.
Anyways Kingy returned with his gift from the gods and Darrn and Topcat got me back on the road :D Cheers guys again.

Ill add more info later about sunday but heres a few pics of the weekend and some of the other issues we faced.

Thems good pics baz.... looks like you all had a great time...:D ..... and how was the cookin/food/bbq ?? :)

Just got home was a great weekend and good lanes got to sort my pics out in a bit, BAZ start a photo fred for us all, I dont think i have ever had a weekend with so many breakdowns

got back at 2.30 ish pm.....thanks guys for a great weekend!!!!

Had a quick bite as soon as reached home.....then started taking out the starter motor to sort out the starting problem...

it turned out to be 'dry joint' on one of the solenoid terminal which I've soldered on the cable to the terminal(thread all gone)....so, all's good now..!!

on way home, noticed rad temp going higher than usual...so top up the rad after sorted the starter and found out water dripping out of the 2 month's old rad expansion tank cap.....replaced with the old one..no drip..so will stick with that for now....!!

BIG thanks to Vivnap for supplying the sub axle & hub on short notice, and swapped Gonzo's vented disc onto the replacement hub.......you're a star (not the first time I say this)......!!!!
