Hi all,

Im a student in Bristol and have bought my landy across from home and looking to do a bit of pay and play. I've heard dundry is very close, but not sure when it is and whether its open at the moment? or if there are any other decent sites around (foxham seems to be the closest?).

Any help is appreciated.

What part of bristol you in?
 
Ah dundry would be closer for you, it's not been too wet lately so should be ok, if we have a lot of rain tonight it may become a bit crap there, unless you have lockers and dumper tyres! not the best of sites I preferred foxham, but foxham is only open every 3rd Sunday of the month.

Good luck :) can't remember how much it is I think 30quid per 4x4 including membership.

Problem with dundry is 2 things,1 its quite big but the space isn't used well, and one field has some rutted tracks and sod all else...
2 it has a few natural springs so is always wet in nice weather meaning it's really wet and you get nowhere when it rains!

But say that all in all its good for a few hours on a Sunday, I'll be going again!!

Is there any where to get info on Foxham? Can't find a website or facebook page or anything.

It's crap they used to have a website then it got shut down then when taken over by new owners they didn't bother to advertise it, Facebook might have a page,

Basically it's open every third Sunday of the month, it's located on station road Chippenham Wiltshire, ull have to google the post code, fairly easy to find they have a little sign up.

I think it's 20 quid per 4x4 and 5 quid membership per person but it lasts for a year.

I gotta phone number but dunno if it's valid anymore.. Seen it on a marshals car there last month.... 07910 415426
 
And it has stuff for everybody, from extremish stuff for ticked up trialers to a black range rover sport I seen having a gentle play a few months back!

Back again.. Im assuming foxhams open tommorow if im correct. I tried the number to comfirm but didnt get through. Does anyone know?

Me and a mate are thinking of heading over from Bristol.
