Just bought my self a 90 after wanting one for ages, got an 85 2.5 NA, She runs fine, but one little nigle I do have is at 6 2" is that the top right hand corner of the passenger side wing mirror is hidden behind the bulkhead.

I am losing half my mirror, does any one know if you can buy a slightley longer wing mirror arm to put the mirror that bit futher out and let me see whats behind me?

Bit of a pain when over taking, keep waiting for things to apear in the rear view.

There is a longer 'wolf' arm available which paddocks stock

Wolf Type Door mounted mirror - Large Head

Can't advise whether it would make much difference for you - sorry
I drove a wolf 8 weeks ago and it ain't much better , on mine i got some spafax mirrors given to me by some lads on camp ,the mirrors are slightly bigger but i think its just one of those things you have to get used to mate.

I'm 6'1 and don't have the problem, to my knowledge my mirrors are standard. Just try adjusting the arm maybe?

Thanks, for the advice will have another look at it, atm I keep having to lean over to the left to see out of it.

If your mirrors are like mine the arm is adjustable forward or backwards on a ratchet but the mirror is adjustable towards or away from the vehicle and tilt up or down because its on a worm and ball type arrangement - the combination of the two should give enough adjustment. maybe the worm and ball is overtightened so it looks non-adjustable ? If its like mine there is a small hexbolt under the mirror casing to loosen it off.
Lateral though if its a real pain and won`t adjust - buy a larger mirror glass of the type used to fit onto car mirrors when towing ( just the glass, not the extended arms ones) - any caravan place should have them, some of them just slip over the existing housing.

When I had a go before I could drive it home the mirror would turn on the ball joint fine, but the arm seamed like it did not move, but did not try and force it, but was a right pain over taking on the motor way.

I believe that the bigger LDV vans have the same mirrors as landies. Just bigger, like the Wolf ones but should be a lot easier to source.

Never had a problem with the mirrors but the arms on my 110 were stiff and i thought the same as you but it was soon sorted on a day out laning when a tree decided to force one of them in for me :) .

may have just gone stiff from lack of use.
