Hi guys.. The passenger door is locked and won't open.. All other locks are fine... How do I get the door open to remove the door card and access the lock... Please help thanks

Easiest(!) option is to remove the seat, then you can get to the Torx bolts holding the door card in place, a real fiddle and a fecking pain in the backside....but could be the only way.

Fortunately all bolts are already removed.... Problem is already shut so can get door card off... Any help would be greatly appreciated

Door card can be eased off at top and lock is visible. You may have to smash the cover off the lock to flick the latch with a screw driver. Had to do it on my lads TD6 a couple of years ago. A new lock will be needed if you do that.
