paddocks are great

I ordered 4 Kumho tyres from their web site on Wednesday, get a phone call 1 hour later stating that they dont make them anymore and would I accept an alternative. I agreed and paid for express delivery, and was told that they would be with me on Friday.

Friday comes no tyres, sent an email, Saturday comes, 12.pm sent an email, no reply to either, telephone to enquire where my tyres are and this rude woman says we dont guarantee next day delivery. I told her they were ordered on Wednesday, she says they are not in stock.

They took my money knowing that they were not going to deliver the tyres as they stated on the day they stated.

They dont answer any emails you send them, and do not give a hoot about customer service.

Lokk on their own forum and see the complaints regarding not contacting customers and not replying to emails.

i found paddocks good service. ordered something from them and chose economy delivery coz im a cheap skate and came 1 day later. was well impressed

I just ordered 2 new rear disks, pads, full set of wheel bearings and seals and they arrived next day. OK, I ordered AP/Lockheed disks and pads and got Mintex pads and Delphi disks, but they're infinitely better than ****part, and local Andrew Pages sell them at more than the AP/Lockheed jobs, so I'm quite chuffed about a free upgrade.
