For all the people posting their email addys for all to read: there are bots that are programmed to search for exactly this format ( [email protected] ). They gather these addys and send them back to SPAMMERS. So, unless you're into reading about Penile enlargement, Viagra, and BodaciousBeautiesBurgledByBulgarianBrownBacks:
DO NOT POST YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN AN OPEN FORUM.
And if you'd bother to read, you'd have seen exactly this info by the more experienced users a dozen times in 8 pages. And if you'd bother to read a little more carefully, you'd have seen that the original post was well over a year ago and I'd be very surprised if Jonathan was still hovering over his keyboard 18 months later waiting to mail people copies of the manual (he hasn't even been here in nearly half a year!).
And if you'd have bothered to read at all you'd have seen at least 2 dozen references to sites where you can download all the manuals you need and achieve instant gratificatorial bliss!
