p38 wont turn over after the battery went flat

Bad news. Not sure if the coil pack going up in smoke will send the ECu into a enough of a paddy to need re syncing. It maybe best to check the new HT leads and also the plugs for dead shorts to ground. Then get it scanned before going for a start to see if it's flag'd any faults.
