Is your car stuck at wading height?? No wonder you need the steps!!
Very funny but no i put it at wading height while i was fitting them to make access easier.

Personally i like the side steps on mine, i don't off road that wildly so the reduced clearance doesnt bother me

Thanks Adam and yes ive stood on them to test and they seemed to cope with my weight ok.
