Hi,
Recently , I reversed into a wayside sign post and the left edge of the rear bumper broke into pieces.
Is the rear bumper made out of plastic?

regards

You could use some plastic pipe solvent to stick it all back together, fill with body filler, rub down and paint. It'll probably look ****e, then you can go for options in #post 5. Good luck, better make that a 4 week trip for Wammers and myself, the tickets havn't arrived by the way.;):D:D when I posted ****e I meant sh1te

I've just had to replace mine. A good second hand one was £45 I think.

If they're not smashed, keep the colour coded side bits to transfer to your new bumper. The're just clipped in. It's all obvious once you've got it off the car...

He's in Sri Lanka, I think. Not sure how may are being broken over there.

New skins are still available but you probably have to sell your kids to medical research.

Isn't that what they are for? We could bring one as hold luggage (bumper skin) but would have to bring Grrrrrr as well, in an advisory capacity. So three 4 week tickets, business class minimum, accomodation and perks (nudge nudge wink wink) and all your problems will be sorted.:D

Getting a replacement bumper is out as I will have to import it from UK.
I'll post a picture to get yr ideas on the repair possibilities.

Here are the photoes. Few pieces super glued, looks nasty.
