That’s not actually as bad as I was expecting. It’s unique il give you thatAs I said it's a project I want to undertake. Here is the car
It's a P38 but the previous owner has fitted a L322 front and L320 back
Modifications should be the last thing you should be thinking of..As I said it's a project I want to undertake. Here is the car

He just jealous because he owns a series 3 on coils sorry a classic range ruster...ooer Rover!!!....Lol thanks for the reply
It's a project I'm undertaking so it becomes my daily driver when I'm in Southern Africa where I have some interests
Just curious why you say it's a piece of crap sir
Now I'm worried lol
HiModifications should be the last thing you should be thinking of..
Cobar blue by the looks of it, with some alreadycrap"ahem" choice upgrades....
I'd get to grips with the mechanicals before anything else.
Hi
Mechanicals I will source gearbox and other odds and ends here in the UK second hand. The labour is not a problem as mechanics at company we work with will be happy to help even on company time as long you do them favours here and there. (hey it's Africa )
I'll paint it either shiny metallic black or a red I saw online like this one
Many of Land Rover's vehicle models are sub-standard or over complicated to a fault. After driving them for years, I wouldn't ever trust one again.Lol thanks for the reply

Good luck.I didn't know that
But I've always liked Range Rovers and this is an opportunity that excited me
Not to mention the electronicsModifications should be the last thing you should be thinking of..

Noted sir@Africanlion , this could be a money pit kiddo. Find one that is already on the road and you can test drive before throwing your hard earned money at it. There is a list of things you will go through just to bring it up to date with maintenance and much needed jobs.

I do agree they fine as they yes but I like the interior of the L320 and L322 I must say
Plus an even greater risk of breaking downCheaper to just get an L322. They're cheap enough in the UK. Even with shipping it would leave you with a better car at a lower price.

You forget the unreliable L322 electronic, all the water leaks into the electronics would not cope well with African rain storms . Personally I find the seats typically German hard and uncomfortable.Valid point. More costly to run but the ride quality and in-car luxuries are better. With the Jag V8 you're much more reliable than the Rover V8 which blows head gaskets for fun. The diesel is more sprightly than the very pedestrian P38A diesel although early gearboxes are unreliable. Upgrade to the Sonnax valve box though and they seem to be OK.
