when i bought my p38a 5 or 6 weeks ago the air con didnt work , the guy i bought it from had had it checked and it dye put in it to trace the leak which turned out to be the condensor ,i bought a new one at £99.00 inc carriage and fitted it ,........................great i thought get a re-gas and its sorted , took it to the local specialist who recommended i have a new dryer fitted = £ 50.00 then i got told today a switch in the systems leaking slightly = £27.50 then there will be labour on top of that to fit the bits result an expensive repair i think :) , if it goes buggered again i`ll just drive with the window open :) :) :) .

not in britain it aint mate its normally freezing cold anyway :) :) .
on a serious note though i think this garage is p*ssing up my back and telling me its raining , first they say they cant get it to maintain a vacuum and they had the n/s wing liner down to look for it    ( they didnt ) then yesterday after another full day in the garage they tell me 2 alloy pipes are porous under the bonnet , this is after doing a leak test last week as well ffs, they rang me today @ 13.30 to say the pipes have just been delivered and they will jump on it and get back in touch later   still nowt , i drove past the garage about 6 times through out the day ( its very close to work ) and the car had not turned a wheel all day   see what happens tomorrow , if it aint finnished out comes the car and they can whistle for the bill , if it is finnished i shall be asking for the old parts back to check myself , i dont mind paying if the job has been done properly but if they have been substituting parts to find a fault i going to get the proper hump   surely when they did the pressure test last week ( as long as it was`nt ray charles doing it :) ) i would have expected them to find the leaking pipes at the same time as the same time as the alledge switch  considering they are under the bonnet , thus under the guys nose , what do you fella`s reckon ???????
