Not too bad if your a Gynacologist!!-otherwise, fiddly at best and will take a good few hours. There is a "How to" on the link in my last post. I used that method once and found it a right pain and the second time I decided to remove the complete dashboard which is not for the feint hearted and takes a full weekend for removal and refitting but does give easy access to the motors. There are those on here that have replaced the motors without dash removal with success and no doubt you will get their opinion. The choice of which way to go is yours. Whichever way you proceed, be sure to replace the heater "O" rings at the same time. I have a set of support pins for the dash replacement which are a must, and would be happy to loan them out for just the postage costs if needs be.
