p38 Head Gasket....Help!

We are trying to get to the bottom of if we have a HG issue. Just replaced Thermo as it was always running cold (and then occasionally overheating and low oil) - coolant kept dropping. Garage say radiator is blocked, but there is also the stuff on the 2 attached pics in the oil. Before we have radiator replaced, is it likely to also be HG? Any help much appreciated!!

That does look suspiciously like the mayonnaise that can come from HGF.
