With compressor running remove exhaust valve put your finger over opening, if there is air comming out of of it the diaphragm is split. If there is no pressure the suspension cannot lift.

my guess is the valve block, if the airlines are working and can be pumped manualy than it sounds like the valve block. as a last try i would leave the engine running and open eith a door or the boot and let the air cylinder refill then close it after 10-15 mins and it might rise up, if not then i would defo be on to ebay looking for a new valve block.

What are the various height level leds doing. Are they all illuminated or is the actual level illuminated and the requested level flashing.

Either the compressor is NBG, or the inlet filter is blocked, or you have a major leak, or as you have no lights on the level indicator and no "Slow 35mph" on the screen maybe you have a driver pack or ECU problem. No way of knowing what is actually going on until you read the fault codes.

high actual level light is lit and requested is flashing,no faults codes showing in ecu ,inlet filer a ok and compressor is a1 checked air pressure from it showing fine

You have no air pressure. Take intake filter off put your finger over it, with pump running there should be suction, if there is take blue pipe off pump put your finger over outlet air should be forced past it. If not pump is duff and will need looking at. If there is pressure remove exhaust filter put finger over outlet, with pump running if air is coming out diaphragm is split and will need changing. You must make sure you have air pressure before trying anything else. The air is going somewhere and it's obviously not the tank.

hi all right took out exhaust with comp running and heypresto air is pumping out so looks like the diagphram nxt question is where is it and how to change it thanks to u all wayne

You will have to remove the valve block. Take off the block that the blue pipe goes into. Four allen bolts. Under that you will see diaphragm, a spring and an O ring. Look for a split or debris holding it open.

right its off no splits in o rings or debris but diagphram looks like its broken in some way as its just moving up and down when shaken

It's a split in the diaphragm your looking for it has to seal against exhaust port, pushed onto it by the spring. Take it out and examine it.

Yep, free EAS software, low cost cable I can supply and with the aid of a laptop you can read and clear the fault.
If you read the faults and come back to us we can probably tell you what needs fixing.:)
Garage will cost you an arm and a leg, most don't understand the system and often suggest putting it on coils, a very bad idea and more expensive than a fix.
Where are you located? There may be someone nearby with diagnostics.
