Look OK may not be good enough, just a trace of green corrosion between pins can play havoc. The plug for the sensors is ok and the others "look" ok, hardly a test i know.
I think Im going to send the ECU off to be 100% sure.....anyone know a cheep ECU tester?
I think i have asked everyone now. They have all said ABS ECU change. I wonder what the chances the ECU sent to me was dodgy - its the only explination.
There have been quite few few posts of ABS faults being traced to the ECU, usually it manifests itself as a short between sensors on diagnostics. Not heard of a lot going wrong on here. Might just be unlucky.
It showed wheel speed and voltage, but as you might know - Hawkeye doesn't show them all together so you can compare.....
Only when on another snap-on system could a comparison be drawn, RL was showing a lower voltage/wheel speed, but not by much. I can confirm the system is extremely sensitive!!!
I really hope this helps someone else one day.

I tested voltage output from WABCO D ECU to front sensor joints today ( inside inner- guards) .... both read: 5.02v .... Tried continuity test... Would I be right in saying if sensors are good...reading should be '000' - ie: reading at sensor pins ?
Im not sure what you are testing V8HSE, are you testing each loom wire for ohms?
