P38 4.0 lit 1995 LPG take out ECU and electrics

It's easiest just to leave it there and not use it
If you want to remove the loom, it depends how old it is. If it's old enough to be piggy back then just rip it out. Newer kit is inline so you'll need to cut it out of the injector loom and join it back up

It's a leanardo system single point.the looms from the ECU is the only thing left can I just cut the wires or will I need to reconnect anything.thanks
 
As Kermit said, you need to check if it's wired inline to the P38 stuff, or piggy backed. Do not cut wires until you are sure.

Maybe an LPG specialist would know ? There's a few in Edinburgh & one in Stirling. Just give them a call, or investigate the wiring.
 
If the switch is set to petrol then it will never run on LPG until you switch it back.
If you pull the fuse then the switch is dead and it will only run on petrol

So get the new system and work you way through it I am sure you will find wires to take out for the old system on the journey that have been conveniently cut already.

In the manual above, (i didnt study it all) but did notice that the lambda sensor wire seems to be broken and connected, but then a new system would probably do the same.
