Got a p38 on springs , can you get lift kits for these? And how good are they off road? Also its the 2.5 bmw engine with auto g/box cheers ryan
Code:

Put the EAS back and it will lift automatically, add Arnott Gen III's and suitable shocks and you will have 2" extra articulation. Springs may fail the MOT when the new regs come in as they are not original fitment.

i would but I don't want the problem of it failing , it would be used 90% on road anyway so may just leave it as it is and just use it every so often off road as ive a lr 90 too , how do they drive as ive drove a manual and it was really sluggish , whats the mods for more performance on road? cheers ryan

They are dangerous on springs IMO. The EAS doesn't fail very often if maintained and a set of manual inflation valves will always get you out of trouble.
Throttle response is strange on the diesel, floor it and it goes quite well, auto is better than manual as it masks the lack of low end power:)

Good idea not to lift it, they roll a bit and I certainly don't fancy a lifted one on springs.
As for the engine it's perfectly good off-road (mine has left a few Defenders and Discos whilst they were struggling with levers) as long as it's running correctly. You don't want to up the power much as the gearbox won't take much more.

whys that? yeah I seen that on internet too , thanks for your replies dude

See that DATA, you're a dude. You'll be getting down with da kids in da hood next.

I'd just settle for getting down under my Rangie without making noises.
:D
