I found an oil-filtrr strap wrench was required to undo it and retighten.

There are two belt lengths you have fitted the wrong one.

I was just pushing pulley to belt then tightening when I put in Allen key I noticed the spring I had been told about so I gave it just a little more then tightened 13mm then looked it was clearing ac pulley and ac working each time and not a sound I was surprised how little extra tention made such a dramatic difference in sound

I seen that before and asked on fb forum and was told febi never made them and it wouldn't fit so I wasn't sure

I was lucky to have a friend in Romania where I ordered mine from
Tax free and cheaper because of value on money.
A friend sendet it over as gift. No import taxes.
But I put a wabco on.
I double checked everything regarding this thing and no one ever had any alternative in for a lenght of time without issues.
Wabco brake system is like land rover.
A speciall kind of thing. Lol.
Sorry .. but seems.you have to find a wabco .

I decided about 11am just to buy proper wabco at £107.99, I means its lifevyour talking about and febi that is unknown I wasn't keen on and it would never have been 2nd hand unit fitted so wabco is OK price
Yup. Sorry. I'm the first one cutting corners and.look for cheaper alternatives.
That bloody brake system is not something you can go alternative.
