overheat and stuck any suggestions

97 4.9 p38 overheated and now stuck in layby. Stopped in time but coolant has seeped through overflow on header tank. Any tips to get me home? Looking like aa.

I was in your shoes some years ago and went with the AA recovery, anything else might do more damage. AA guy should advise if it's something more simple, good luck.

Thanks. On their way and I cant see anything broken etc. Just get me home so I can beat it with a big stick!

Suspected head gasket. Apparently not sure which one????
Have put an sos on forum
