Hello, Do I put this down to a one-off?
I took the old girl on a 200 mile round trip yesterday, first leg fine and very impressive 65-70mph without any bits falling off. After my hearing had recovered I set out on my return.
The grin was a mile-wide as I was overtaking lots of micra's, milk-floats etc, and proceeded to unchartered territory of outside lane on the motorway...doing approx 75mph
when a sudden loss of power (no lights came on), and the uh-oh moment while battling to the hard shoulder, then all of a sudden power returned, and the 25 miles remaining was absolutely fine (although I took it a bit more gently).
I will check fuel filter in a bit - but any other tips to look at while I'm at it?
