Over fuelling

i have replaced the lift pump on my 19j engine. I now see excess white smoke on tickover. Which I think is diesel (unburnt). Is there a remedy? Or where have I gone wrong lol. Thanks for looking.

Check the injector pump timing if the 19j has 1 not sure if they do.
