Some idiot, I will not name names:D, removed my prop shaft as the VCU us past it's best.

Then that idiot, and I'm still not naming him:D, removed both halves from the VCU without remembering to mark the top positions so he can fit them correctly when he gets the new VCU

Now is there any way to allign the shafts to the VCU so they are sitting correctly and I do not get nasty vibrations when I drive down the road

I'd give that idiot a good kicking but he it such a great guy otherwise:D
 
I'm sure it doesn't make any difference if the props are aligned or not. They'd soon move out of alignment due to how the VCU operates. I think if you send Hippo a pm he'll be able to give you a definite answer. I'm sure he did a thread about it. The VCU bearings on the other do need to be aligned correctly

In theory it doesnt matter as each of the prop shafts are individually balanced.

No need to mark anything or exactly align anything. Pop the shafts back on and bolt the vcu bearings up so they look about straight, no need for anything more.
