Hi
I am trying to get the front outrigger off and the radius arm is kinda in the way.

Am OK to remove it while all wheels are under load?

Thanks

Yes.but it might jam up against the axle but it will come out.
Beware that the bolts might be rusted to the bush sleeves and then you've got a right pita on your hands.

I can't get inline bolt off at the end neat petrol tank?

Don't want to use blow torch as it a bit close, any suggestions don't look like I can cut it either.

Have sprayed loads of WD but its not budging.

You mean the large nut?
Try leaving that alone and just drop the axle end? It'll hang down quite a lot iirc and give you the Access you need to work on the rigger.
It's one of those jobs that often snowballs into a pita as I said.
Get a spare nut and bush for the rear end and get some heat on it.If you want to remove it completely then get new bushes bolts nuts for the front too. If you don't need them now you will in the future:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Thanks for reply but now I can't get the track rod out the way its pretty rusted I guess I can cut it as cheap enough to replace.

I think I need a special joint puller tool which I don't have but feel I might need one.
