It's same stuff as before the flush.
is the engine getting up to temp do you know??,not just on the gauge.
It's same stuff as before the flush.
Nanocom says I'm running at around 90C - the temp sender is agood, I replaced it with a genuine Bosch part about 6 months ago when it _was_ running at a lower temp. How else can I test this?
Did a 7 mile run this morning, got to operating temp about 5 miles in.
Checked the provent afterward and there's no mayo - so not sure if it's only happening on longer runs (will be doing a motorway run later and restest).
I looked at the dipstick last night and it only had oil on it.

Condensate on dip stick will only show with engine cold.![]()
Aye, I checked it last night when cold - was looking to see if there was anything on there or the filler cap, but found nowt.
will do
when i say a good hard run,i dont mean bloody blow it to bits, keep an eye on the oil pressure and temperature as well.![]()
I've got no instrumentation for the oil - seriously thinking of sticking an extension housing into the pressure switch housing and pluggin some more guages into my zadatech ( LCD Based Digital Multi Gauge ) - I use this for boost & egt at the moment.
Catch tank connected to the crank case breather.
