In number one, transmission fluid. Red/dark red. Try tightening the bolt in the center of the circled area.
Number two, I'd say let that develop as it could still be residue..
Number three, I'm hoping the seal hasn't gone between the torque converter and gearbox output shaft.

...thank you! Is there a way to check the transmission fluid level? I will tighten the screw tomorrow.
 
Theres not one for checking the level but look in Rave and just follow the filling procedure and then see if you are able to add any fluid in.

Engine & gearbox cold, slacken the filler plug, start engine, move through the gears and back to park then with the engine till running remove the filler plug and see how much ATF you can put in. I use a garden sprayer with the head removed for filling.
 
Yeah its quite alot, i think its like 11 litres when filling from completely empty if i remember correctly. But the torque converter takes almost all the fluid, theres probably like 3 litres in the gearbox sump itself.
