Oil Leak :(

I've had my 2006 45000 miles Freelander sport for 1 month and noticed oil on the road when I parked. It's on the drivers side around where the back wheel is. I've looked under to see where a bouts it's coming from but there is quiet a lot of metal with oil on under there. Waiting to hear back from the garage where I bought it. I'm useless when it comes to mechanics as well. Any suggestions would be good. Thanks

Check the level of the brake fluid.

Just checked and its on Max. I've not noticed the leak before so it could have started leaking today hence that's why it's on max still

Could also be diesel. Fuel pump/filter assemby lives in that corner

Just started the engine and left it idling for a few minutes then this drip started. sorry for the bad picture can anyone advise. Had to use Flickr cause the file was to big to upload. cheers

Definitely diesel leaking. Booked into a garage for Thursday. Thanks for the replies.
