Well as an update. I've been keeping a close eye on the oil situation. Problem seems to be resolved after replacing both the cam seal cover and the rocker gasket.

Re this cam seal cover, mines a bit oily as well, does the seal just pop or prise out and the new one clip in?

Yip, two minute job, little bit of oil on the new one makes it slide right in.
The old one will probably just fall out.

Perfect, just ordered one, I'll be in there next week fitting new PAS pump so will do it then!
