hi, 2.5dt rangie, when parked on a slow downhill it leaks oil.
anyone know where to look before i get on my hands and knees??? :D

Park facing the other way. Otherwise leak off pipes, oil cooler pipes, or front crank seal. You sure it's oil. Make sure that Wammers is not behind you when you go down on hands and knees.

OMG!! you lot are terrible:p

Well it's all gone wrong, got on me knees with it being summer had the little vest top on and the old faithful wonderbra, boobs fell out, neighbours got an eye full and nipples now oily!!!:D

oil coming from the right side as you look at the car not over the diff..

Yeah that definatly looks like oil. :D:D:D

i aint sending you dirty pictures again if you aint gona be helpful young man!!!!;)

Afraid you'll have to get under it. Best is to steam clean it then get under and look what you have. Does it leak with engine running on the flat? Timing case oil seal might be a good shout.

If it's engine oil, and that looks like a lot, have a look at the oil cooler pipes and filter housing. Mind your boobs in the fan belt if you look with the engine running, wouldn't want any nasty accidents.

I had similar within 2 days of ownership..... The half shaft was leaking transmission oil, needed a new set of seals and half shaft. Again, only happened when parked facing down a slope.

Think it would be ****ing out whilst running if it was oilcooler pipes. But stranger things have happened. Yeah don't want the fan belt to break as her carbon fibre bra snags the fan. Would send you some photos but she made me promise not to share them.:D:D:D
