Oil cooler water hose part number - cant find a replacement

Hi - after a lot of searching I cant find a replacement hose. I think I'm right in calling it the oil cooler water hose but it doesn't show up in any of the LandRover parts websites.

Here are a couple of pictures showing the hose (along with a temp repair)

Can anyone help find me the right part number?


Its a 54 plate Freelander Auto 2.0 TD4 - might have helped to add this info in the first place

Thanks for the help - cant see it in the diagram but it may be the following part:
ERR7138 [ except air conditioning ]

I'm not sure? The hose is L shaped without any other joins.

I'll have another look about for that part number to see if I can get a picture of it.
