certainly looks changeable to me..
Mine are different to yours seem to be a longer pipe sticking out
Here we go, that part number brings up loads of images, but one shows the sizes on it, how accurate they are, I don’t really know, but it’s more than I know at the minute so I have to trust it (until we prove otherwise).
This photo shows the part number, and sizes. So I googled the size, and this came up:

It looks to me as though we can use these adaptors and replace the pipes with the newer style, or get hoses made up with standard 3/8 BSP connectors.

There are 2 different fittings for the oil cooler pipes. The early radiators use the “domed” hydraulic fittings, where as later ones used a metric fitting. It could be that yours has the metric style, but ours use the older style. They can be removed and replaced as my radiator came with the straight type, but I needed the older type. I’m sure I kept the ones I took off, but will check later in the week when I finish nights.
Out of interest, did you buy that radiator? If so, did it come with both adaptors?

Yes bought it from Famous Four on 7/1/2021 their part code BTP2275 was £109 + VAT
they checked on vehicle age type chassis no etc. and it came with those fittings nothing else and was a perfect fit for my pipes on a 300tdi.

I can’t remember the part number I fitted. I went back through my photos but I don’t think I took a photo of it. I think it’s a bit strange as I’m sure mine was a britpart radiator too, but I came with both sets of fittings.
I tried this yesterday, the local (independent) hydraulic place near me could not do it as the metal pipe is 1/2", their recommendation was the local independent land rover garage!

On a little more research i think the other end of the oil cooler pipes that does into the filer housing is also different with the later type fitting rather than the cone fitting, so I need to find out what parts I need to adapt the filter end as well.
No problem. If I have them, I will send them to you. I’m sure I do I have them still, it’s just a matter of finding them.
If you can remove the fittings, then I’m sure we can work out what it is.
The parts manual I am using (pic in post 4) does not match what I actually have on my filter end of the pipework unfortunately. The Steve parker hoses I have ordered have the oring connector on both ends, from you previous posts I know there is an adapter for the oil cooler end, but I now also need to find the adapters for the filter end.

Do both ends of the SP hoses look like they are the same size, and thread pitch? I would guess they are, but guessing isn’t right.
I have zoomed in on the photo of the connector at the filter housing. It looks like the connector piece is bolted on with 2 bolts, but also the threaded portion looks like it may be another adaptor just screwed into the bit that is bolted on. Can you clean up the filter housing around the oil pressure switch and see if that is an adaptor screwed into it? It may be that all you need is 4 off these M20 adaptors and it’s done, hopefully it’s that simple.
Edit: just look at the SP pipe closer, it’s a male thread on one end. I’m guessing, but it may be M20 x 1.5 male, so it may require a 3/8” BSP male to M20 x 1.5 female. I can’t find the size listed for the adaptor NRC8618.

Not a problem, Many thanks for looking. I have fitted a replacement pipe NTC2928 which was like for like what was removed and am going to return the SP pipes for a refund. I will look into updating to the o-ring fittings at a later date when I can track down the oil filter and radiator adapters I need in my own time rather than in a desperate rush, but I am now back on the road.
