NSR door jammed shut - Help please

I have a Landrover Freelander 2 2007. The NSR door will not open at all and is shut (using either remote or manually from inside). I need to get the door open to be able to remove trim to investigate, but how can I do this?

Help required please

Pull the rear seat up and remove, then go for the door card, and get yourself over to the introduction section

Thanks for the reply. However, that went right over my head lol. I figured out the rear seat bit. Please can you explain to a novice, thanks
