Finally last year, I laid my hands on a Defender. Groving up in Iceland, together with all sorts of offroad vehicles, the Defender was always a dream car.
After a hiking trip to Iceland in 2019, I decided to make my dream come true.
Searching different websites, I fell in love with a car that was for sale in Spain, and after some discussions with the seller, I bought it after only seing the ad pictures.
Getting it to Sweden, vhere I live now, was not easy. The day before I was going to fly down and load the car on a trailer, Spain went into a lockdown.
Well, eventually, Fenrir showed up...
Since then, I have driven him several thousands of kilometers, but even tinkered with him, upgraded him, repaired him, sworn at him.... You know how it is.
