I can't see any lean, it was not the tester but the guy who runs about turning on lights etc. I said nothing, drove away with another 12 months ticket.
 
When I put mine in it failed for the abs light! !
Told him to get back in his office and check his book.
about 5 minutes later he emerged with a mot certificate lol

Dunno what year yours is but if it's a post-99 with 4 wheel TC, he should road test the car with a decelerometer to test the brakes unless he has a four roller brake test set up (unlikely) which means he would have seen the light go off.

If no four wheel brake test rig, all years should be tested with the Tapley meter. How many wheels have TC is irrelevant.
 
I take the point about excessive rear seat activity :D I will try the other side and see if it levels up after a couple of hours:D
