Not impressed with Adrian Flux

I`m insured with Adrian Flux and its renewal time, the price is ok but I need to change my details, I`ve emailed them, tried calling them ( the phone rang then I was cut off x3) booked a call back still waiting (day 2)
My insurance runs out tomorrow 11/09/2015. I will have one more try tomorrow if I get the same run around I`m going to insure with someone else.

Sorry to hear this, it sounds odd that you've been cut off three times and not had a call back upon requesting one.

Would you mind sending me a PM with your details? I can arrange for us to call you this morning and I will also look into the call recordings to see if there was any fault on our side as to why lines were cut off.

I must admit i'm a bit disappointed at the moment and it's the first time in 3 years. renewal is due and policy has jumped massively. ok I've had a bump but Flux quote just can't compete with online quotes.. decisions to be made

ive been waiting 2 weeks for them to agree the agreed value of my 90, not good
Hi Johnlad, if you can drop me a PM with your details I will chase this up to ensure we've received the relevant photographs ETC.

That is why I never renewed my policy,with them.

That's a shame to hear John, I was always under the assumption I was able to assist you and helped as much as I could with favourable rates for you.
