Yay campsite sorted going to have a meeting with "Sarah" ASAP.

We will have exclusive use of a 2acre site, pub on site :D she even said can do an all you can eat BBQ for us :D will announce further details as I have them or pm me

This trip sounds like it'll be really good fun.
Gutted I won't be able to make it, but it'll be too soon after little one is born to be gallivanting off round the country

Trust me thats the easiest time in their lives to take them anywhere. Pretty much all they do at that age is sleep, eat and cry. Throw em in a car seat...frequent feeding stops and you'll be sorted .

Was thinking not really a good idea to be off-roading with him at that time, he'll only be 2 months old and a bit young to leave with the grandparents.

If theres one thing in life i know its kids..2 months is grand for him , why wouldnt it be a good idea to take him ?

its your concerns not his actual needs thats the fly in this ointment ( oh and by the way the fact you have those concerns already shows you'll be a ceacking mum )
