stick a head gasket in for 25 quid n hope for the best...
if that dont work think bout rebuild then...

I'm with nick on this, open it up hope the gasket looks goosed stick a new one in and hope, mines over heating an think its the rad. As I can see its full of mud but when I wash it it develops holes.
Decided to have a bash at the hg once i get her home from Donny ...... Any volunteers ? Figure take it to bits and see what's busted if its ####ed ill break it if it looks repairable ill get it sorted ..... Gonna be fixing the fender up this month too its ****ing me off seeing it sat there lol

dropped paul off glanced at the temp guage, n it was up at 3/4 summation going on here, rad hoses bottom hot top one bit cooler, so read is doing it's job.
rad was flushed not long ago, has new thermostat. HG?? shall see how it does tomorrow.
difficult without a lot of ****ing around altering pipework to enable the flow to be seen exiting the pump and entering a funnel to go back into rad.Might got it the wrong way round. Yes blower as hot as normal, whacked that on to try n cool it down a bit. Sure the one from the pump side was a tad warmer tho. How do.I check pump flow?
